The Armand Bayou Watershed Partnership is re-forming under the auspices of the Armand Bayou Nature Center, with some grants they have received. The Partnership will become its own nonprofit organization, with a mission to “improve the quality of life in our communities by protecting, enhancing, and restoring the ecological integrity and natural benefits of the Armand Bayou watershed.” The Partnership’s steering committee is defining the organization’s vision, values, goals, and objectives, plus items for the bylaws and the 501(c)(3) application.
